Massoud's guidance, when many companies large and small, went under. Roxan Construction has gone from strength to strength and has grown it's reputation locally in recent years for building innovative and highly specified residential properties.
An experienced accountant in the construction industry having previously worked for Goldcrest Homes. His 40 years experience also includes the Public Sector and Venture Capital work giving him a broad breadth of knowledge.
