I & S Construction Ltd was founded in 2003 by Ilir Nabolli and Shefqet Kraja. Both had been working in the Drylining and Ceilings trade for a number of years and had progressed from site fixers to Site Managers with SMSTS Qualifications. Having worked as labour only subcontractors to large Drylining organisations they realised they had the ability to compete for works in their own right... Our experience spans across public and private sectors including; residential housing, high rise, education, commercial offices, industrial sites and temporary buildings. It's one of the reasons we are able to meet the needs of some of the UK's largest contractors while still working on single site (and equally rewarding) projects... In 2011 I & S Construction Ltd expanded into the market of providing Lightweight Steel solutions to the industry with particular emphasis on the growing residential market. Once again, this venture was managed directly by Ilir and Shef who gained "hands on" experience..
