We also use daily take home books and display "look what we have been doing today!" boards around the nursery. We have a monthly newsletter and send weekly updates so that all parents are well informed about their child and nursery projects etc. We also hold regular parent mornings and invite parents to drop by and spend the morning with us to chat about their child... All of our staff are qualified Childcare Practitioners with NVQ qualifications in levels 2,3,4 and 6. As a nursery, we are always evolving and staff attend regular, relevant study days which we implement into our daily practices. As well as attending outside courses we also have an "in house" training matrix which is led by Vanessa who is trained as an Early Years Tutor. Collectively we have over 150 years of childcare experience. Our staff ages range from 23 years old to 57 years young... We have a qualified cook who prepares and serves healthy and nutritious meals daily with a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables...
