CEC HEALTHCARE CODING - Key Persons
Jon combines management of CEC's resourcing activities with provision and day to day operational management of CEC's healthcare coding services. He has provided outsourced and managed services for over 20 years and is particularly skilled in new service design, service transition and start up, contract management and operational efficiency.
Jon joined CEC from Capita Group in 1999 to set up and lead CEC's new recruitment and resourcing division, and he has been responsible for leading numerous resourcing assignments for a range of public and private sector clients. He is an expert in recruiting senior individuals and building and developing teams for clients wishing to build capability and develop new ways of working.

Mike is a strong business leader, with all-round general and business-management skills. For over thirty years, Mike's principal focus has been on business development, involving new venture set ups, leading-edge technology product introductions, and large-scale procurement activities.
Mike worked for Reuters for the majority of his early career. Whilst with Reuters, Mike led several initiatives and assisted in growing new business lines in both the financial markets and healthcare.
