Dr Judith Harkins has been a Director of Harkins Research and Consultancy Ltd since 2006. She was Strategy Consultant at Leeds Hospitals Charity for two years before joining Team KSS in 2020 as a Consultant, moving into the role of KSS Way Advisor in 2021. Since then Judith has been instrumental in the creation, development and presentation of The KSS Way - our cultural and strategic framework. Judith was appointed to the role of Executive Director of Business Development in March 2022, a key member of the KSS Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for supporting the team to deliver on the five-year strategy by further developing operational plans and supporting the monitoring and evaluation of objectives and targets.

Kelly Heaton-Ralph joined KSS in 2019 as Director of Development since which time she has successfully transformed high-value giving, raising over £1M in 2021-22. Kelly started her successful career 14 years ago as a volunteer with Sue Ryder, before going on to hold senior fundraising roles at Hospice in the Weald and Action for Children and she has also managed events for Royal Society for Blind Children. She was appointed as Executive Director of Fundraising and Philanthropy in May 2022.
