Adrian has been part of Richmond Nursing Agency since its inception in 1997. He started his career nursing in 1990 and became a Registered Staff Nurse in 1993. This in turn has given Adrian first-hand experience of working within the agency field. Adrian remains committed to providing the best possible service, a service that Richmond has established and maintained for over 25 years. He also believes that a significant factor in Richmond's success is attributable to being able to provide its nurses with an insightful, knowledgeable and empathetic approach.

Alison Gammon

Alison has over 30 years' experience as a manager within the healthcare sector. Alison handles the day-to-day running of the business and its processes which include the registration and booking of locums and nursing staff, the complex care packages for community and nursing and care homes, and our very busy bookings teams (the people who handle all of the shift bookings for the company). Alison maintains strategic oversight of the business as it continues to expand into different healthcare sectors. As a trained Phlebotomist, she works closely with our partner commercial pathology company through whom we offer our extensive serology portfolio. She also oversees the vital training packages we offer all our internal and external staff.

Claire Cooze

Claire manages the complex care side of the business and heads up our dedicated complex care team. She has many years' experience in management roles within the healthcare sector which underpins the excellent rapport she has with her clients and staff. This rapport is instrumental to the successful development of our business.

Delyth Evans

Delyth joined Richmond over fifteen years ago, initially as a bookings coordinator. She now leads a team of seven staff recruiting from all over England and Wales. Her knowledge and insistence on the very highest standards of compliance provide the basis for Richmond's reputation as a effective and reliable supplier of staff throughout the healthcare sector. Delyth remains undaunted by the constantly changing regulations of our industry and works hard to meet its daily challenges!

Penny Morris

Penny has spent over ten years working within NHS trusts and is dedicated to maintaining the high standards required in the care profession. She is an experienced recruiter and looks after the varied requirements of our Locums.
