David has a wide scope of experience gained from over 25 years in the property industry. Having begun life as a commercial Agent, he has gained specialist knowledge of business sales and Valuation latterly in the licensed arena working for industry leaders such as Christie & Co, Pinders and JW Lees Brewery.
David soon recognized the emerging influence of the Energy Efficiency market and its increasing requirements and set up DWA Surveyors in 2009 to service clients' needs in this area. DWA have been at the fore front of the Green Revolution ever since and had the distinct honor of producing the UK's first ever Green Deal reports on behalf of DECC.
Prior to forming ACAD Design & Surveys Paul ran a successful architectural design and building surveying company, practicing for over 12 years with an extensive client database. Paul is highly regarded in the surveying industry, having worked alongside the top UK professionals throughout his career.
He has gained a wide scope of experience from over 17 years in the industry. Including architectural design, building surveying, 3D scanning, commercial and residential planning work, Revit drawing services, 3D AutoCAD design, topographical surveying, shop fit design, office design, space planning, energy surveys, land registry compliant lease work to name but a few.
He gained specialist knowledge of the surveying and architectural design industry having worked alongside Architects, Councils, Property Management Companies and a wide range of commercial business and clients throughout the UK and Europe.
