Our sweet spot are the SME segments, tech startups and IT staffing companies who need more recruitment bandwidth from time to time. We have a fixed fee for a recruiter per month, hence the minimum duration for which our services can be hired is one month. We do not work on a success fee model. Which means during our engagement we will not charge for any placements which has been done, we only have a flat monthly retainer fee...
