Jason is a Florida native with a passion and drive for helping others. After graduating high school, Jason enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a technician serving in Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Armed with his G.I. bill, he attended the University of North Florida, eventually earning his MBA. He started his career in financial services at Merrill Lynch and later Edward Jones. He is an avid sailor and car enthusiast, holding memberships in the North Florida Cruising Club and North Florida Corvette Association. He has served on Boards with the Wounded Warrior Project aimed at assisting veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce. He is also a Volunteer with United Way, teaching personal finance classes. Jason enjoys sailing, surfing and motorcycle riding.
Michael Cudworth, Director of Operations
Our Story
Michael grew up in the Northern California area. After earning his Bachelors degree and completing his service in the Army, he relocated to the East Coast. Michael began his career in the human resource and payroll industry, supporting customers in navigating the many demands that accompany having employees. Michael then went on to assist medical device manufacturers with the administration of supplies and products for several Veteran Affairs facilities. Over the past 20 years Michael has developed a passion for going above and beyond customer expectations to ensure a positive result. A father of two, Michael has volunteered to promote and support participation in youth athletics. Michael enjoys hiking, fishing and motorcycle riding.
