Cassie earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Old Dominion University in Virginia. Following her graduation, Cassie was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Armed Forces. She even served as a critical care nurse at Walter Reed Army Medical Center before her honorable discharge as a captain. Finally, Cassie enhanced her knowledge by obtaining a master's degree in nursing with a specialty in critical care from the University of Miami in Florida. In her role at Advanced Aesthetic Solutions, she is committed to providing the best experience and services to her clients every day.

Christine Picciano is a licensed medical esthetician and laser specialist with 20 years of experience in medical esthetics. She specializes in all phases of skin care with special focus on laser skin rejuvenation, anti-aging and acneic skin types, and provides expertise in creating customized home skin care regimens for optimal results. Christine earned her bachelor's degree in hospital administration and health care management from St. Joseph's College and trained at the International Dermal Institute in New York as well as Florida School of Electrology. She has extensive training and certifications in laser and light-based therapies, photo-rejuvenation, radio frequency microneedling, skin tightening and medical-grade chemical peels.
Cyndie Witthuhn, founder and owner of Advanced Aesthetic Solutions, is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years in the Lee County area. Her experience has included critical care, emergency room, Family Practice, Internal medicine and work with a plastic surgery practice. For the past 18 years Cyndie has specialized solely in the area of cosmetic and aesthetic enhancement. Her passion is to work with clients on a personal basis to help them achieve their personal goals of looking good and feeling better. Cyndie is trained in dermal fillers, Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, sclerotherapy, various laser procedures, PRP, hair removal, microneedling, IPL, medical grade peels, laser assisted vaginal rejuvenation and more. She also utilizes medical grade skin care products to assist in the overall plan of anti aging and corrective skin care goals.
Kari Mieshelle loves making people feel beautiful from the inside out. A master esthetician, she brings more than 25 years' experience in the beauty industry to Advanced Aesthetic Solutions. Kari helps her clients look and feel their best by providing experienced professional treatments that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. Originally from the mountains of Utah, Kari and her husband of 30 years recently moved to Cape Coral, Florida. This mother of two - and grandma of three - loves to stay active and practice yoga, meet new people, discover great places to eat and spend time with her dogs.

She has dedicated her career to connecting people to their inner beauty, power and poise. Lisa served for a decade as regional training manager for Estee Lauder; owned a successful image consulting business that addressed the whole woman inside and out; and served as director of training for several national brands. Melody earned her Associates of Science degree in Esthetics at the Heritage Institute. She began her career at Message Envy in Colorado where she was quickly promoted to lead esthetician. Her advanced role focused on customized facials, peels and microdermabrasion.
Ms. Keyser recently returned to the Fort Myers area where she attended Gulf Coast Academy. She has completed extensive education, training and certifications in microneedling, dermaplaning, hydrafacials and medical grade peels. Her passion for skin care helps her customize treatment plans for the individual needs of her clients.
When not working, Melody loves spending time with her family and exploring new adventures.
Mercedeh has been helping women look and feel their best since 2005 as a licensed aesthetician and certified permanent makeup artist and trainer. She prides herself on her beautiful art work and she specializes in the arts of permanent makeup, beauty care and skin aesthetics.

Suzette Freeman is originally from Miami and worked as a paralegal for many years after moving to Fort Myers. In 2002, she decided to go to school to become an esthetician. Suzette has a passion for skin care and considers herself a "skin care junkie."
Suzette loves working at the front desk, greeting our amazing clients and making them feel special. As a bonus, she is fluent in Spanish.
In her free time, Suzette loves fashion, gourmet cooking, making craft cocktails and traveling. She is a mom to her two toy poodles, Chip and Cherri!
