Elizabeth serves as the VP of Product Management at AINS, bringing over 15 years of product management, marketing, customer service experience, and leadership experience in SaaS products.
Prior to joining AINS, Elizabeth was VP, Product Management for Euromoney People Intelligence, Wealth Solutions - a global B2B information-services business providing actionable data, analysis, intelligence and access. Prior to Euromoney's acquisition of WealthEngine, Elizabeth was VP of Product Management and member of the leadership team, helping oversee the company's successful sale. While at WealthEngine, Elizabeth held leadership roles within product, marketing and customer service across her tenure. She is passionate about the voice of the customer and building great solutions to meet their needs.
Elizabeth holds a BA from the University of Vermont where she majored in English and minored in Political Science and Business Administration. She lives in Chevy Chase, MD with her family, including two boys and a golden retriever. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, gardening and exploring the DC area.

Mary serves as Director of Human Resources (HR), Facilities Security Officer (FSO), and member of the senior leadership team at AINS. In her role, she leads all aspects of HR strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee experience. Prior to AINS, Mary led HR for a medical practice in the DC area.
Mary is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources). She grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and has been a resident of Frederick, MD for more than 30 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four grown children and three grandchildren, fitness, and the beach.

Naitik serves as the Director of Federal Sales at AINS. Prior to joining the AINS team, Naitik worked in various GovTech sales roles, where he enjoyed partnering with the federal agencies such as the VA, SSA, DHS, HHS, DOE and others to drive mission related outcomes.
Naitik was born in India and grew up in Columbus, Ohio. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Ashland University in 2011 and Bachelor of Science in Technology from the Bowling Green State University in 2006. Naitik has been a proud DC resident since 2012. In his free time, Naitik loves spending time with his family, traveling to his adopted second home Barbados, and rooting for all of the Ohio sports teams.

Pam Ackley is the Vice President of Customer Services. As VP, Pam is the escalation point for all customer-related issues. She runs the implementation teams for FOIAXpress and ATIPXpress, heads the maintenance renewal program, and heads the sales and support teams, including our partner program and dedicated help desk.
Pam has over 30 years of experience in customer relations and emphasizes a customer-first philosophy. Her goal is to ensure that the customer's expectations are met at every stage of the project and throughout the lifecycle of their system.
Pam has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and is both Green Belt certified and ITIL certified. She actively volunteers with Canine Companions for Independence (CCI) and is currently founding a gym for children with special needs.
