Dan is a well-respected litigator, practicing law in Washington since 2004. He is a former Pro Tem Commissioner in Pierce County Superior Court. Dan has been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers for several years and is a highly-rated by Avvo. Dan has handled successful appeals, argued hundreds of show cause motions and tried dozens of cases. Dan practices in all areas of family law with outstanding results. That's great because you want a successful litigator. Of course, you would also want a successful surgeon if your battle with gangrene requires amputation of a limb. Dan believes if given the option most people would prefer a doctor smart and skilled enough to diagnose and avoid the disease before it gets that far. Dan is that kind of lawyer. Rebecca spent six years working at Miller & Dart, PS, initially as a legal intern and later as an associate attorney. She has been working at this firm since 2000 and has served as the managing partner since 2010. Rebecca has served as a Pierce County Superior Court Pro Tem commissioner since 2002, which gives her unique insight into numerous areas helping her advocate even better for clients
In 2016 we changed the name of the firm to Alliance Law Group. We wanted our firm name to represent our focus. Working with clients. Working with the opposing party and their attorney. Working on building SOLUTIONS to their legal issue(s), to see beyond conflicts. In a nutshell, we want to be the lawyers you will swear by, not at.
Rebecca Reeder is absolutely amazing! I was Divorcing a Narcissist about ten years ago and because of her perseverance, I was able to escape an abusive relationship with my child. Tom was employed by the City of Eatonville as Municipal Court Judge. Tom began his legal career as an intern in 1975-1976 at this law firm, when Alliance Law Group was known as McCormick Hoffman Rees and Arnold P.S. The early partners immediately recognized his legal skills and tireless work effort and refused to let him go. Tom has been practicing with this group since he passed the bar examination in 1976. He became a partner in 1978 and has been part of the fabric of the law firm and a respected member of the Pierce County legal community ever since.
