Jonathan is a knowledgeable certified bilingual trainer that provides his students with the most recent statistics and updated information for their industry. He is currently working on a dual CSHO (Certified Safety & Health Official) at Texas A&M, while also working on an Associate Degree of Occupational, Health & Safety. Jonathan's last assignment prior to joining All Safe Safety Consultants was as the Account Supervisor and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Consultant for an Occupational Medical Clinic in the Rio Grande Valley. Jonathan provides capital positive energy, knowledge and experience to every training session. He has taught in a range of industries including; food manufacturing, heavy industrial manufacturing, construction, automotive manufacturing, local independent school districts, pulp and paper mills, oil field services, and private transportation. Highly proficient in teaching Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and using different safety culture tools to create awareness with his students, Jonathan enjoys providing all his students with great feedback and always ensures participant involvement in all training sessions. Jonathan is an Environmental, Health, & Safety Professional with over 6 years of safety management in the following industries: Manufacturing, Food Safety, Construction, & Occupational Medicine (Worker's Compensation).

Juan is a knowledgeable bilingual OSHA Authorized Instructor whose participants come away knowing that he sincerely cares about their well-being. A Columbia Southern University graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Health & Safety. Juan's last assignment prior to creating All Safe Safety Consultants, LLC was as the Environmental, Health, Safety, Security Manager for the manufacturing company. Juan brings a wealth of experience to each training session, and has taught in a wide range of industries, including heavy industrial manufacturing, chemical processing, appliance manufacturing, pulp and paper mills, medical manufacturing, refineries, energy generation and distribution, construction, and mining. With a booming voice, Juan knows how to command attention and deploy his vast safety background to seamlessly deliver his training by the book. Juan provides excellent feedback to his audience, he loves sharing his expertise with others and his participants leave knowing that Juan truly cares about helping them stay safe by using the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) process. Juan is an Environmental, Health and Safety professional with over 10 years of safety management in the following industries: Manufacturing, Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Telecommunication, and Underground Utilities. Juan ‘s capacities include; Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers Compensation, Safety Coordinator for Google Fiber Project, Safety & Risk Manager in AT&T Fiber Projects. He has also taught hundreds of safety and management hours and assisted in the development of training videos for local contractors. He can create and update your safety program, conduct accident investigations, and advocate during OSHA investigations and post citation proceedings. Juan was born in McAllen, TX but, his family moved around until finally moving back to their home town of Pharr, TX. After high school Juan joined the United States Marine Corps where he spent most of his time stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA. Returning home in 2008 he attended college at University of Texas Pan American in 2008 and then South Texas College. Earning dual Associate Degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Administration in 2012. Juan enjoys spending time with his family and learning about history. In the summer tries to find time to jet ski in South Padre Island. Juan believes that we can succeed if we study our past, assess our present and prepare for the future.
