ALWAYS FORWARD CROSSFIT

Craig started to practice CrossFit in late 2008 in order to help his rock climbing and trail running. The results over the next year and a half were transformative. Excited to share CrossFit with everyone he could get to try it, he received his Level 1 Certification in January 2010 and began training his friends and family out of his garage. Dianne began to use CrossFit for her training and received her Level 1 Certification in February 2011. Results followed, and Always Forward CrossFit opened in the basement of the Welsh Hills School in January 2011. Dennis, one of Craig's earliest clients, began training at the gym in March and immediately became a "heavy hitter", throwing energy at every WOD. Dennis got his Level 1 Certification and became a partner in August 2011. Strong results in our clients led to strong growth and we outgrew our old facility. We moved to our current location in October 2011 and continue to grow by helping our clients grow. Craig's sister Traci got her Level 1..
