ANDREOS LAW - Key Persons

Darin P. Andreos

Darin P. Andreos received his undergraduate degree in Business from California State University San Marcos. While attending school, he applied his entrepreneurial skills by creating a business which marketed and sold a variety of products. Shortly before becoming an attorney, he sold his business interests. During the pursuit of his bachelor's degree, Darin also began working in his father's law office. This allowed Darin to obtain experience, and familiarity with the practical application of the law prior to passing the State Bar Examination. To become an attorney, Darin qualified and enrolled in a program through the State Bar of CA which entitled him to take the California State Bar Exam after completing particular requirements of self study under the supervision of an attorney. Darin bypassed law school, and under his father's guidance, studied all subjects while working with his father's firm. After successfully passing the State Bar Exam, Darin now applies his great problem solving, analytical, and legal skills in helping clients. Darin has litigated and resolved many disputes and lawsuits involving wrongful death, serious personal injuries, insurance claims, and contractual matters. He has also represented beneficiaries and executors of estates to assure proper distribution and satisfaction of California Probate requirements.
