Alina Mason is an executive manager for Apex Rhinology Center and Apex Cosmetic Surgery Center and Reclaim MedSpa and is a key component of both organizations. She has extensive medical management expertise and is actively involved with numerous state and national management societies to stay informed with the latest changes in health care and esthetics. Alina oversees federal and state compliance, licensure, and the clinical aspect of the practice. She manages professional and support staff.
With a full schedule of balancing work responsibilities and raising three children, she manages to donate her time to many charitable causes. She is a fearless defender of patients' rights and expects nothing but the best performance from herself and everyone around. She is committed to making our patients' and their families' experience in our office a positive one.
Since joining our organization in 2007 as a medical assistant, Alina has excelled in every step of improving our organization with her diligence and tireless energy.
Kasia has been a physician assistant since 2005. She completed her undergraduate from Loyola University in Chicago and obtained her Master's degree in physician assistant studies at St. Francis University in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Kasia was born in Poland and immigrated to Chicago as a child. She is fluent in both English and Polish and, before specializing in ENT, she worked in orthopedics and pain management.
She has worked as an ENT Physician Assistant since 2014 before joining Apex Rhinology Center. Kasia strives to provide compassionate and quality care to all of her patients. She has a passion for learning and creating great relationships with her patients to enhance a positive health care experience.
Kasia is also a proud mother and a wife. She and her husband have been married since 2006 and have two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
Kristin serves as our nurse practitioner specializing in ENT, hormone therapy, and cosmetic nursing. She completed her undergraduate from Illinois State University and obtained her Master's degree to become a nurse practitioner at Olivet Nazarene University. Before specializing in ENT, she worked in Oncology as well as Labor and Delivery. These experiences have given her comprehensive knowledge to allow her to better treat a variety of patients.
Kristin strives to provide compassionate and quality care to all of her patients. She has a passion for learning and creating great relationships with her patients to enhance a positive health care experience. Kristin is also a proud aunt and wife. She was born and raised in Lake in the Hills and prides herself on her strong family connection. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, considers herself a "foodie", and enjoys a thriving social life.

Sarah is a licensed speech-language pathologist working in the Chicagoland area. She received her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University before going on to Michigan State University to obtain her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology in 2017.
Before joining Apex she served as the SLP in-home care, acute care, rehabilitation, and public school settings. She brings a vast understanding of her field across demographics.
When she isn't working as a therapist she can be found riding horses, working out, or spending time out in Chicago.
