Biography
Alec joined Firmenich in November 2019, bringing with him more than 15 years of sales experience in the Perfumery industry. Starting his career in account management, Alec went on to take on increasing senior commercial roles and most recently led a highly successful perfumery commercial team in China before coming onboard Firmenich. With his high energy, track record and deep customer relationships with local customers, Alec will play a key role in leading the ever-dynamic Chinese market.
Born in Jiangxi, China, Alec holds a bachelor's from the University of International Business and Exportation with a major in International Trade. He is based out of Shanghai and represents China in the global Consumer Fragrances Leadership Team.

Biography
Andrew joined Firmenich in 2007 after spending seven years at IFF as a Sales Director, prior to which he had a long and successful career in Unilever (1982 to 2000) in increasingly senior positions across Homecare Product Development and Purchasing.
During his time at Firmenich Andrew has been responsible for defining and executing a Perfumery Technologies Business strategy that has helped drive sustained profitable growth over each of the past 13 years. He was subsequently appointed as Senior Vice President for Innovation in October 2020, with a mandate to lead a broader product Innovation Strategy for the Perfumery business globally.
In this role Andrew will harness the full power of Firmenich's Research capabilities and its external innovation ecosystem, to bring a far extended range of innovative Consumer derived benefits and sensorial experiences that create additional value for our Customers brands and products. He will continue working very closely with the Business teams to ensure this Innovation agenda best serves the needs of our Customers both today and long into the future.
Born in Wallasey, Merseyside, England, Andrew holds a BSc in Chemistry from Liverpool University. He currently resides in Buckinghamshire and is based out of our London office.

Arnaud Bachellier joined Firmenich in February 1992 as a Perfumery Account Manager in Paris. In 1996, he became the Regional Director for several major key accounts in Europe, before moving to Princeton, USA in 2001 where he became Vice President for one of our global key accounts.

Biography
Britta joined Firmenich in 2001 and has successfully managed various key accounts across different businesses. Together with her team, Britta has been instrumental in our successful partnership and growth with several global key accounts, all key retail brands and local accounts in Germany, Central Eastern Europe, and the UK.
Born in Aachen, Britta remains based in Germany and works out of the Firmenich office in Cologne.

Biography
Carlos joined Firmenich in August 2019 from the F&F industry, where he held several managing positions around the world in Sales, Fragrance Development and Operations. He is currently based out of our office in Brazil.
After a few years with Rhodia and then Unilever, Carlos started his career in the fragrance industry, managing several categories, as much in Brazil, in Europe, as in Asia. He has consistently provided strong strategic direction and he successfully implemented strategies to drive industry-leading business growth.
Carlos is experienced in shaping organizational structures and leading diverse multinational teams in a dynamic and progressive way. He is also a great communicator and able to establish sustainable relationships with customers and stakeholders across the world.
Carlos was born in Brazil and has a bachelor's in business management and in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade de Sao Paulo. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish, in addition to his native language Portuguese.

Biography
Cheryl was appointed President, Agilex Fragrances in June 2020. With more than 25 years of industry experience, including 20 successful years at Firmenich, Cheryl has a proven track record of outstanding client management and consistent growth for global and local customers in both Fine and Consumer Fragrances categories. She is recognized for her consumer-centric approach that continuously delivers joint successes and her people-first management style encourages seamless collaboration and strong partnerships.
Cheryl has a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Montclair University. She started her career with Givaudan and joined Firmenich in 2000, where she led the Limited Brands business. She was promoted to Vice President in 2008 and worked closely with the young sales team within Firmenich to nurture talent and develop strong sales leaders.
Cheryl and her husband Steve live in New Jersey and have 3 daughters: Ava, Emma and Mia.

Biography
Dominique joined Firmenich in 1999 as an Account Director for Fine Fragrance, and took on roles of increasing responsibility within Perfumery, leading to her nomination as VP Europe for Body & Home Care in 2013. Over the last 20 years with Firmenich, she has distinguished herself through her deep customer and consumer understanding as well as her passion and drive to win in the market.
In her additional capacity as General Manager, Dominique leads the Paris Management team, with a clear objective to foster an environment where all colleagues are motivated and committed to give their best. A French national, Dominique holds an MBA from IAE in Paris. She currently resides in Paris with her husband and two children.

Eike joined Firmenich as a Fragrance Development Manager for Body Wash in Germany in 1996. In 2001, he moved to a sales position, looking after local accounts in Germany and Switzerland. A few years later, he joined one of the key account teams as a Category Manager for Laundry Care.

Biography
Felix joined Firmenich in 1998, starting with the Fine Fragrance Marketing team in New York, USA before moving to the company's headquarters in Geneva a year later. Since then, he has successfully led accounts and teams within our global and local networks, from the US to Europe, to Asia and North Africa & the Middle East.
In 2019, Felix was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Consumer Fragrances, where he continues to drive collaboration and innovation across all continents and diverse cultures. With over 20 years of fragrance industry experience and strong international business expertise, he delivers fast mutual growth with customers of different sizes, structures and challenges. Felix is passionate about inclusive growth and is an advocate for a learning organization that constantly strives to push boundaries in a world of transformation.
Felix is German and holds a B.A. Honors in International Business Administration from the University of Reutlingen and Universidad Pontificia Comillas of Madrid. He is currently based out of Firmenich global headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
With her rich background in marketing and brand roles from her 11 years tenure at Colgate-Palmolive, Joni joined Firmenich in 2000 as a marketing director, growing and coaching a team that provided targeted fragrance innovations.

Biography
Liliana joined Firmenich in 2014 with nearly two decades of experience in the fragrance and beauty industry. In her current role, oversees Consumer Fragrances across the North America region inclusive of sales, marketing, consumer insights and creative development. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Sales with a specific focus on strategic accounts.
Before joining Firmenich, Liliana spent 16 years at Avon, where she led their multi-category beauty portfolios including fine fragrance, personal care, skincare and hair care. Her background includes commercial and brand marketing, category and group leadership, merchandising, e-commerce, brand activation, retail management, and strategic alliances. Seen as a leader who builds teams that are enabled and empowered, Liliana will drive cohesion and synergy across all client segments, ensuring 100% market coverage and sustainable profitable growth in the region. Liliana serves on the American Cleaning Institute Board of Directors and the Firmenich North America Board.
Liliana graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a Bachelor in Communications. She is currently based out of the Firmenich office in Princeton, USA.

Biography
Matteo is an experienced business leader with a strong track record in brand building and innovation. Prior to joining Firmenich, Matteo spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble. In his last role, he served as Brand Vice President for Fabric Care Europe, where he contributed to the strong growth of brands such as Ariel, Tide, Lenor and Fairy.
Prior to this, Matteo led Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, formerly licensed to P&G, overseeing a rich innovation program including blockbuster fragrances launches and the successful establishment of the luxury fragrance collection and color cosmetics. Through his leadership roles in Fine Fragrance as well as in Fabric & Home, Matteo experienced superior fragrances' power to delight consumers and grow brands.
Born and raised in Milan, Matteo lives in Geneva with his wife, daughter and son.

Biography
Nathan started his career with Firmenich in 1999, joining the technical team as a chemist focused on home care applications, before moving into innovation. In 2012, he embarked on his first commercial role in Firmenich as a Senior Account Director and has since held various senior roles in the company including Global Category Director and Head of Perfumery UK.
Nathan's excellent track record in global account management sets him up ideally for his dynamic global role. He brings a combination of technology, marketing and account management expertise to the organization.
Born in Gloucestershire, English, Nathan graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor in Biochemistry. He currently resides in England and is based out of Firmenich London.
