Alison Moody is an Associate at the BBC Law LLP New York Office. Alison concentrates her practice in professional liability defense and personal injury defense.
Alison previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Kimberly Espinales-Maloney, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage. During her clerkship, Ms. Moody assisted the Judge in various aspects of civil practice, including preparing recommendations for discovery motions, researching legal issues, and drafting memoranda of decision on dispositive motions. She also served as a certified New Jersey Judiciary Mediator.
Alison obtained her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. While attending Rutgers, she served as an Associate Articles Editor on the Rutgers Law Record and discovered a passion for oral advocacy, winning the Hon. Rosemary Gambardella Scholarship Competition, a bankruptcy-focused moot court competition, and competing in the American Bar Association's National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Alison has served as an assistant coach to Rutgers' Appellate Team and continues to participate as a judge at Team moots.

Andrew "Andy" R. Benedict has developed extensive experience throughout his career successfully representing the interests of defendants in matters related to negligence, construction, premises and product liability, and dram shop law. As the Founder and Managing Partner at BBC Law, LLP, he leads and advises the firm's attorneys on related matters, sharing his expertise for the benefit of the firm's clients.
Andy has been recognized within the legal community for his consistent track record of successfully defending his clients. He was named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2010 and 2011 and obtained Super Lawyer® status several times.
Andy is a member of the prestigious, invitation-only group ABOTA - American Board of Trial Advocates. He was the only member to receive this honor in the states of PA, NJ & NY in 2021. ABOTA members must have tried a minimum amount of civil jury trials to the conclusion to even qualify for admission. ABOTA dedicates itself to the preservation and promotion of the Seventh Amendment, which guarantees the right to civil jury trials.

Carmelo (Tony) Torraca is a Partner in the BBC Law Absecon Office. Tony is a seasoned attorney with experience in the defense of catastrophic and significant injury litigation, including passenger and commercial vehicle accidents, boating and marina accidents, construction defects, and accidents. Niche areas include negligent security cases, construction defects and injury litigation, pest management and bedbug liability defense and cyber liability insurance claims. Tony is listed by A. M. Best Company, the worldwide insurance rating and information agency, in the "Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys."

Darren Audino focuses his practice on the counsel and representation of commercial transportation, retail, and restaurant clients, working to resolve a variety of general liability claims, including premises liability, commercial motor vehicle accidents, food borne illness, and liquor liability. He routinely defends all types of personal injury claims, ranging from minor soft tissue type injuries to catastrophic losses.
Darren has extensive experience successfully representing tractor-trailer companies, parcel delivery companies, fleet vehicles, school bus companies, and motor coach carriers, as well as prominent national restaurant groups, national department stores, and local family-owned businesses. His practice also extends to property owners, condominium complexes, commercial apartment buildings, commercial landlords, general contractors, subcontractors, and engineers in construction related defects claims and accidents. Darren is highly integral to his clients' businesses, leveraging his knowledge and insight to provide counsel on risk management and other business issues.
Darren's commitment to his clients has led to regular appearances before Municipal Court, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Administrative Court, and United States District Court, in addition to successful arguments before the Appellate Division. Outside of the court system, Darren also handles administrative and regulatory matters before the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and the National Transportation Safety Board.
Since 2010, Darren has been selected annually as a SuperLawyers® Rising Star." In 2016, he was named one of SNJ Business People's "40 Under 40."
When not in the office, Darren can be found coaching his two young boys at the hockey rink or on the baseball field, or cheering on their soccer teams.
