Johnnie is a great addition to the BeaconLight team. He works in the Fire & Life Safety Division, where he evaluates and assesses properties in Massachusetts and prepares them for FD inspections to ensure they pass inspection for sellers and homeowners. Johnnie's experience and education include enlisting in the Coast Guard, Sri dining computer science at Wentworth Institute of Technology, and working in the carpentry trade. In addition to being part of the BeaconLight Team, Johnnie is a Fire Lieutenant in the City of Newton.

Phil has been providing high quality and comprehensive home inspections for clients since 2012. Since the start of his career, he has performed thousands of inspections throughout Massachusetts. Phil is also a Fire Lieutenant on the Newton Fire Department where he has been a member since 2002. He enjoys helping people make educated and informed real estate decisions. In January of 2018, Phil formed BeaconLight Home Inspection. Anthony has been a licensed Massachusetts Home Inspector since 2014. Anthony is also a licensed electrician since 2007 and a Firefighter for the City of Newton where he has been a member since 2009. He enjoys providing each client with a thorough inspection that not only is informative but educational. Anthony grew up in the MetroWest area and is a current resident in Natick, MA with his wife and two children. John joined BeaconLight Home Inspection in June of 2018. He has performed over 3000 quality home inspections throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 2005. He holds a B.S from Northeastern University. In addition to inspecting homes, John has been a Firefighter in Boston for over 20 years. He enjoys educating clients on their prospective new homes so they can make an informed decision. Norman joined the BeaconLight team in 2019. Normans impressive knack for communicating effectively combined with his eye for detail and perceptiveness make him a natural home inspector. In addition to being a home inspector Norman has been a Firefighter for the City of Newton since 2013. When not working with the BeaconLight team, Norman can be found at the firehouse, out fishing, or with his wife and two daughters. Ned joined BeaconLight Home Inspection in 2020. Ned has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, including working as a Construction Consultant and Project Manager. Along with being a licensed home inspector, Ned is a licensed home builder. He has been a business owner specializing in carpentry, custom design, and electrical contracting. Ned resides in Newton with his wife and family.

Matt Pacheco

Matt Pacheco joined the BeaconLight team in 2023. He is an Army Veteran and currently a Captain on the Newton FD. Matt has a Bachelor's Degree in Fire Science and decades of experience in the construction industry. He grew up in Newton MA. Currently resides in Winthrop MA where he enjoys boating, sailing, fishing, skiing and snowboarding in his free time.

Tony is part of the BeaconLight Fire & Life Safety Team. He has a vast background and experience, including being a culinary arts educator and instructor. He worked in the foodservice and hospitality for over 45 years. He has worked as a maintenance technician for a large condo complex and community. He holds a master's degree in education. Tony grew up in Newton. He is a passionate car enthusiast. He is married with 3 children, 9 grandchildren. He lives with his wife in Central Massachusetts.
