Hello, My Name is Alexis Craig and I am involved in Administrative/Case Management here at Better Tomorrow and love every minute of it. I grew up in Norristown Pennsylvania and I came to Palm Beach County Florida for my recovery because I knew the area had everything I would need to excel and get clean. I have always wanted to help families and other addicts because my father is an addict and having experienced the ravages of addiction personally, it is calling for me spiritually to help those in need. I am currently going to school for psychology and criminal justice, so I can have a better understanding of the law and provide assistance to individuals who may have an issue with the law because of their addiction. In my free time I like to spend time with my son and my dog. I love working in this field because it does not feel like work to me. I love watching other addicts over come challenges that they are facing in their life.

My name is Amanda Pollock. I grew up in Hope, Arkansas, in a small family. I work as a case manager and alumni director at Better Tomorrow Treatment Center. I am also a Certified life coach and Certified Interventionalist. I work in this industry because I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to be successful and live a fulfilled life, no matter their background or history. I approach every day with a positive attitude and always try to remember that I can relate to the people we help because I, too, am in long-term recovery.

My name is Austin Mckenna, and I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania for most of my childhood. I was brought up with both parents and an older brother. I do case management and admission at Better Tomorrow Treatment Center. I am also a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA). I moved to south Florida in the middle of 2021 to pursue my recovery. Since moving to south Florida, I have found a passion for helping people. I also enjoy watching someone grow and change their lives for the better. For this reason, I am a full-time student at Walden University working towards my bachelor's degree in social work and plan to then work towards my master's degree and obtain my LCSW credential.

Brandon grew up in West Palm Beach and has a deep understanding of what it takes to get started on a journey of recovery. He enjoys working in this field because he gets to help clients overcome their challenges while they get clean and sober. The most rewarding part of his job is watching a client come into the program and achieve the goals they set. He helps the clients overcome their day-to-day struggles. Recovery has given Brandon the ability to be a great father and to give back what was given to him when he needed it most. In his free time he enjoys watching his son's football games and working out.

Dr. Pamela Tambini is the Chief Medical Director for Better Tomorrow Treatment Center, and she is a board-certified Medical Internist. In addition to her role as our Chief Medical Director, Dr. Tambini continues to practice Internal Medicine at a prestigious hospital.Dr. Tambini graduated at the top of her class on the Dean's List from Medical School. Upon graduation she was admitted into the highly selected, nationally renowned residency program at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center.Since 2013, Dr. Tambini has successfully helped patients from all over the world to optimize their health through better primary and preventive medicine. Dr. Tambini focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect the adult population-both acute and chronic.Her specialization in anti-aging, prevention of the onset of disease, management of sports injuries, and optimal physical health and performance has been a great asset to Better Tomorrow Treatment Center.Dr. Tambini maintains an active lifestyle, Prior to entering medical school, Dr. Tambini studied pre-med and psychology. She received a full scholarship to play Division I basketball while in college and continues to be an avid crossfit participant.
Gabrielle received her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Gabrielle also has a certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling, valid in the state of California, in which she earned at Centaur University. The combination of her educational background gives her a unique perspective in the field of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Gabrielle has a systemic perspective with her clients and aims to incorporate the entire family towards achieving wellness for all. Gabrielle takes a client-focused collaborative approach when working with clients. She believes each client has their own story and aims to identify how each person's life experience has impacted them. Gabrielle's goal with clients is to help create a new narrative that is more fulfilling. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, and MRI.

Sauda Harris is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Recovery Residence Coordinator (CRRA), and Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Management from the University of Phoenix, Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy) from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Counseling Studies at Capella University. She has held state certifications (Florida) in domestic violence, sexual abuse/rape, and child welfare. Her professional experience includes working with diverse populations in an array of social services settings since 2003. She has worked alongside multiple substance abuse, mental health, child welfare, trauma, and domestic violence service providers in the South Florida region.
Most recently, her professional focus has been working in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health sector, serving in various positions, including Clinical Director, Director of Operations, Executive Director, Chief Compliance Officer/Quality Assurance, Director of Human Resources, and Program Director. Sauda also serves as a Licensing & Accreditation Consultant for behavioral health agencies seeking licensing through the Department of Children and Families, accreditation by the Joint Commission, and/or certification by the Florida Association for Recovery Residences. Prior to working in substance abuse, Sauda was employed by the lead community-based agency (PB County) under the Department of Children & Families, Inc. During her six-year tenure, Sauda served as a Case Manager, Permanency Specialist, Contract Manager, and was ultimately promoted to the Program Director for Case Management Services. Subsequently, Sauda served as Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix for the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences and School of Psychology and was selected to serve as the Campus Faculty Assessment Liaison (CFAL). In addition to facilitating various collegiate-level courses, she was also responsible for the assessment of course materials/assignments and the development of student learning outcomes.
Sauda was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and immigrated with her family to the U.S. in 1985 at age 5. She is married with two children, and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and is extremely passionate about helping individuals work towards independency and self-sufficiency.

Taylor is originally from a small town in South Arkansas and moved down to South Florida in 2018 to start her journey in recovery. Taylor found recovery through a 12-step program and God. For a woman in recovery, it allows her to relate to anyone who walks through our doors on a more personal level, because she has been in their shoes before. Taylors ongoing mission is to help others in recovery find happiness, and hope in their own life. Taylor works hands on with the clients and their family members. Taylor is experienced in operations, case management, and admissions.
