Mr. Khandelwal is a professional on investment advisory, merchant banking, equity research and financial planning.
Mr. Anand has completed his education from St. Xavier's' School, Kolkata, and his higher education in Business Administration from the University of Kent, U.K. Since 2012, after returning to India, Mr.Anand is actively engaged with CEO's and various functional head of business verticals of Kothari Group, focusing on various fields like Finance, Operations & Strategy development, and gathered valuable experience in such fields.

Mr. Shende is an Engineer & M.Tech from IIT Madras, with vast experience of more than 38 years in Projects, Operations & Managing Business Units.
Mr. Shende has been with us since 2012. Prior to joining BFW, he worked in varied organizations in the Machine Tool industry like Kennametal, Vigel Manufacturing Technologies, etc.
He headed the Special Purpose Machining Division, was Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, and Deputy CEO, before taking up his latest assignment as President Strategy.

Mr. Khaitan is a senior partner, Khaitan & Co. has over 25 years of experience in general legal practice with focus on business laws and currently leads the corporate and commercial law practice at Bangalore.

An engineer with a management degree. He has 33 years of Operational and Strategic experience in Engineering and Manufacturing. He believes in and is very passionate about creating a culture of Innovation in the organization he works in. Prior to BFW, he served in management positions at Kelvinator, Crompton Greaves, GEC Alsthom and Tecumseh.
He enjoys mentoring youngsters & has been an active speaker at national and international forums. He has long association with CII & actively participates in various committees.
He currently serves as the President of IMTMA & past Chairman of CII Karnataka Region. Mr. Raghavan has been with us since late 2013.
