KATHLEEN LAWLER BODMER

In her early years of practice, Kathleen handled estate planning, estate litigation, and divorce matters, which gave her insight into the problems that can lead to litigation, when documents are not well drafted or when there is animosity among family members. In 2000, Kathleen moved to the West Coast and started her California practice with a local firm. After almost four years with that firm, she left and opened her own law practice, focusing on business transactions and estate planning, along with trust administration. As a sole practitioner, she is able to devote the time and energy to assist every client, striving to promote peace of mind and honor the human face of law...
