Todd Bosco, his wife Dana and their two sons Noah and Josh reside in Neptune Beach, Florida. Todd and Dana met in St. Thomas and have been married since 1993. Noah is a third year student at the University of Florida majoring in Biomedical Engineering, Josh is a student at Fletcher High School. Todd started his career in New Jersey, living and working in the US Virgin Islands for 10 years following hurricane Hugo. The family re-located to Florida in 2000. Todd Bosco of Bosco Building Contractors, project contractor, Rad Lovett of South Coast Capital Partners, owners and manager, and Cronk Duch Architecture graciously accepted the award for the building located at 241 Atlantic Boulevard. Under the category of "New Development" the Atlantic Beach/Neptune Beach main street mixed use building was chosen by the more than 520 members of the Urban Land Institute, as well as the real estate community in North Florida. The awards are competitively based and open to real estate developments and programs from throughout North Florida, which includes counties from Flagler to Escambia, including Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Pensacola and Panama City.
