Adam Rothenberger

Job Titles:
  • Lynxville Camp Leader / Tennis Coach
Adam is the lead teacher for Lynxville Camp, Tournament Director of the Brandon Junior Open and coaches BVHS girls' tennis. Adam also teaches Economics at BVHS.

Adri served as a volunteer for Lynxville Camp this summer. She played in the Brandon Junior Open and is looking forward to playing tennis this fall…

Becky Blue

Job Titles:
  • President of the Board
Becky Blue is our Brandon Tennis Association's Board President and founding leader in helping to form the BTA in 2006. She has been a passionate force in growing the game of tennis, leading the BTA to earn awards for 2007 Northern Section Organization Member of the Year and 2008 National Community Tennis Association of the Year for the entire USTA. In 2010, Becky's efforts were recognized on the regional level, as she was honored with the USTA Northern Wolfenson/Ratner Community Service Award for her outstanding fieldwork in recreational tennis. Becky is also a 2016 recipient of the South Dakota Tennis Achievement Award. Becky is quick to point out that the success of tennis in Brandon is due to a group effort. While that is true, every successful group needs a good leader. Becky is that person. Her vision, commitment, and good nature have made Brandon tennis what it is today…a wonderful tennis community!

Dick Hahn

Dick Hahn is highly qualified as a Tennis Instructor with a long impressive resumé including his 2012 induction into the South Dakota Tennis Hall of Fame. He graduated from Vic Braden's United States Tennis Academy in 1981 and taught at Westward Ho Country Club and Woodlake Athletic Club in Sioux Falls until 1984, the year he also coached at O'Gorman High School. He moved to Okoboji, IA in 1985 and inspired a local tennis boom in the Iowa Great Lakes community during the next 15 years. It was there, around 1986, he received his certification as a USPTA Professional 1 (P1) certified tennis pro. In 2000 he returned to Sioux Falls where he served as President of the Sioux Falls Tennis Association helping to grow tennis and also returned to coaching for a two-year stint in 2005 at Washington High School. In his second year of coaching, he was voted Greater Dakota Conference Girl's Coach of the Year. Later he relocated to the eastern edge of Sioux Falls and brought his love of tennis to the Brandon Community where he now continues to greatly impact the growth of the game here, teaching beginner adult classes and coordinating Adult Leagues & Tournaments. Jacob Frantzen

Jacob is a senior at Brandon Valley High School and a Lynxville Camp teacher. Jacob says, "I love tennis! It is a great way for me to hang out with friends and have fun!"
