Read the club's history. Each year a group of Spartan football players, usually either the U12's and U14's, or the U13's and U15's, either go over to Schrobenhausen to visit them, play football, experience a bit of Germany and stay with a German ‘host' family or are involved with hosting the children from Schrobenhausen in Bridgnorth, and enjoy playing football, going on visits and generally having fun with them...
It may seem a lot to provide but when you visit Schrobenhausen they will host your children and do the same for them...
During the week there are activities planned which the host families children will also be invited to, these include a Mini Football Tournament, Trips to Alton Towers and Blists Hill, shopping at Merry Hill, sailing at Chelmarsh followed with Hog Roast, and on the penultimate day Schrobenhausen v Bridgnorth Football Matches, followed by disco and food. The children will leave Bridgnorth on the Severn Valley railway on the morning of Friday 22nd April.
