Arenn Brickhouse Martin

Ms. Martin is a healthcare consultant with significant years of experience in organizational and operational evaluation and improvement; initially in the manufacturing industry and predominately in the healthcare industry. In 1991, she started BRICKHOUS E•MARTIN Healthcare Engineering (B•MHE) as a professional services firm with a mission to work with providers to sustain improvements and manage change using proven engineering analyses. The firm has managed large-scale process improvement and technology implementation projects, and provided related education, change management and leadership development activities. Arenn Brickhouse Martin is a junior consulting professional specializing in human resource strategy, leadership development, and organization management. Ms. Martin is experienced in leading small and medium sized teams and is skilled in managing teams through the entire employee lifecycle; attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and transition. In addition to her contributions to B MHE, Ms. Martin has completed engagements at the Kansas City Chiefs, LSU Athletic Department, LSU Orientation and Parent & Family Programs, and USC University Advancement. Ms. Martin is an MBA candidate at the University of Southern California and is earning a graduate certificate in strategy and management consulting. She also holds an MS in human resource education, a BS in business management, and a BS in sport administration, all from Louisiana State University.

Cindy Wood

Job Titles:
  • Registered Nurse
Cindy Wood is a PMP and Registered Nurse. As an IT Project/Program Manager, she is skilled in scope management, budget management, requirements analysis, go-live command center execution, post go-live transition, and governance facilitation with strengths in decision making, and problem solving. She is proficient with MS project and full project life cycle execution. With 25 years of experience as a Healthcare Project/Program Manager, Cindy has functioned in roles to include EHR inpatient and ambulatory program and project management. Projects include: new projects; go live support for existing projects; pick up for projects "in trouble", regulatory projects, and backfill PM positions. She is confident and experienced with multiple vendor products inclusive of Epic, Cerner, Siemens, and Meditech, and does not consider herself limited to a PM role with any specific product.

Cynthia M Barbour

Job Titles:
  • Registered Nurse
Ms. Barbour is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Informatics Specialist with a comprehensive knowledge of clinical operations and healthcare systems gained through experience as a Trauma and Critical Care Nurse as well as a Nurse Informatics Consultant. Ms. Barbour excels in integrating technology with health care systems in order to optimize performance. She is experienced in Soarian, Cerner, Epic, McKesson, and Meditech application systems. She is also knowledgeable in TJC and HIPPA regulatory compliance as well as Magnet hospital credentialing criteria. Ms. Barbour's experience spans project management, system and process design, process improvements, workflow and resource allocation, best practice evaluations, technology integration with health care business systems, clinical validation, functional testing, and physician/nurse/ancillary staff training and support.

Farrell Jorgensen

Farrell Jorgensen is a consulting professional with over 25 years of experience in the areas of organization development, quality improvement, project management, regulatory compliance, and leadership education. As a human resources/development director (1983 - 1989), an independent consultant (1990 - 2000), and regulatory consultant/director at Kaiser Permanente (2001 - 2016), she combined these disciplines to assist employers and client organizations in achieving strategic and operational objectives. Currently, Farrell provides the following consulting services working independently or in support of organizations like B•MHE - project management, team facilitation, strategic planning, and development of marketing/brand identity materials including websites. She holds a Masters in Public Health degree from UCLA

M. Susan Theodoropoulos

Job Titles:
  • Registered Nurse
Ms. Theodoropoulos is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience primarily in Nursing Education and End User Adoption, but also in Project Coordination and Management. Prior to joining B•MHE, she served in senior level clinical educator positions at the University of Tennessee, Louisville General Hospital, and she most recently served as Director of End User Education at Virginia Hospital Center. She has had responsibility for hospital staff education and full adoption of all applications including Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Healthstream, as well as the hospital's Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Specific skills and experience include curriculum development, online as well as classroom training, adult education learning methodologies, physician education, and project coordination.

Savannah Winston

Savannah Winston has over twenty years of professional experience, engaging in multiple large-scale projects for major government agencies and private sector clients. She utilizes appropriate project management approaches, analysis models and tools to successfully develop and deliver white papers, map & gap analysis, toolkits, cost benefit analyses, and deliverables. Additionally, she demonstrates high level administrative and data gathering, facilitation, database/document management, best practices research and work flow, reporting methodologies, and adult learning/training. Ms. Winston received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University.
