Althea T. Kippes is an attorney, real estate broker, and gerontologist who helps her clients and investors buy, sell or develop residential real estate. Althea began her legal career as a federal court litigator at a small boutique law firm in San Francisco. She handled a number of high-profile cases involving complex contract disputes, business litigation, and real estate matters.
After earning a master's degree in Gerontology, Althea focused her real estate practice on meeting the needs of older adults and their families.
