It came out with public issue in the year 1984 and listed capital on 10-02-1984 become Rs.24,90,000/- consisting of 249000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, subsequently it came up with Right issue in 1992 for allotment of equity shares to existing shareholders which were subscribed by them for 495800 shares and on 28th February,1992, paid up capital of the company raised to Rs.74,48,000/- consisting of 744800 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.Shares of the company are listed on Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited.Company is promoted by Ms. Samita Gupta, who currently has experience in the field of Construction of over 30 years.
