Dr. Phillip Nyenje

Dr. Philip Nyenje possess over 15 years of practice in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Water resources engineering, water supply and sanitation. He has worked as a hydrologists, a water resources expert and a sanitation expert on a number of consultancy services across the country and these include both water supply and sanitation and water for production facilities. He has experience water resources assessement and hydrologic modelling using GIS-based models like WETSPA and SWAT to estimate/simulate discharges at outlets of river basins.

Eng. Cyrus Sebwato

Eng. Cyrus Sebwato holds a Master of Science degree in sanitary engineering, which he obtained at IHE, Delft in the Netherlands in addition to a Master of Science degree in Infrastructure asset Engineering and management from University of Leeds in the UK. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University. He is a registered Engineer with Engineer's Registration Board and a member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers. He brings to the project more than 18 years' experience. He has very extensive knowledge in the field of water provision right from design, construction and operation of the system. He also brings in experience from working as a District Engineer in Uganda where he supervised and implemented projects of different magnitudes.

Eng. Kenneth Musabe

Kenneth holds a Master of Science degree in Sanitary Engineering, which he obtained at UNESCO-IHE, Delft in the Netherlands. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University. He is a Corporate member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE). He brings to the company 19 years' experience. He has expertise in the design, construction and management of water and sanitation systems. He has been instrumental in the design and implementation of several water projects with NWSC in the towns of Kasese, Kabale and Gulu where he worked as Area Engineer and Manager. He has also been involved in the design and construction of water supply and civil engineering projects in the local Governments and small towns.

Mr. Gordon Yikii

Gordon Yikii holds a Master's of Science in Construction Project Management from Loughborough University- UK having attained a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Makerere University- University. He brings with him a 14 year wealth of experience in water and sanitation sector, civil works and Engineering surveys. His experience embraces whole life cycle entailing design, project implementation and operation and maintenance having worked in various capacities (Engineer- GIS, Water Distribution Engineer, Design Engineer, Principal Engineer on both Projects under DME and Operations under Water Supply Departments in Kampala Water. Coupled to the above he has excellent hands on software tool manipulations that aid a huge component of operational decisions.

Mr. Paul Ssemwogerere

Paul has a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. He has enormous experience in community mobilisation and baseline surveys. He brings to the team a wealth of knowledge acquired on other projects while working with the Ministry of Water & Environment and from short-term consultancy assignments in the water and sanitation sector with different consultants in the country.

Mr. Pius Kahangirwe

Mr Kahangirwe Pius holds a Master of Science degree in Environment and Natural Resources. He is an EIA expert with over 17 years' experience in water resources planning and management. He has vast skills in environmental management projects, biodiversity conservation, rural land use planning, and environmental and social impact assessments. He has acquired professional experience by executing various EIA assignments in Uganda, Rwanda, and Zambia.

Mr. Robert Kitimbo

Robert is a professional surveyor with a Bachelor of Science degree in surveying from Makerere University. He has vast experience in topographical surveys, roads and all other developmental project surveys. He has been involved in this field of water for more than 20 years. His inclusion on the team will definitely benefit the project stakeholders. He was the Consultant's surveyor for Rugeshi and Kinanira schemes in Kisoro and the lead surveyor for the most of the water and sanitation schemes undertaken by Bright Technical Services Limited, specifically in Kasese, Kamwenge, Bushenyi and Kabale.

Ms Josephine Nabagesera

Ms Josephine Nabagesera, the Administrator, is an accountant with 14 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting, Finance and Administration) from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Makarere University Business School.
