Adriana Spassova

A Civil Engineer with 29 years professional experience as designer, construction manager and consultant. As Head of Logistics Department, Construction Manager, later Head of Tender and Contracts Department in the biggest steel structures contractor in Bulgaria Metalni Construczii for more than 10 years, she managed international contracts in Bulgaria, Israel, Serbia, Russia and Greece. From 1998 she started her career as consultant in the supervision of works under the first FIDIC contracts implemented in Bulgaria in Kozloduy NPP. In 2000 founded EQE Control and continued her career as Partner and Managing Director of EQE Control, company of ABS Group, licensed Bulgarian consultant for design and construction supervision. She has managed the licensed consulting services for the biggest project in Bulgaria: 600 MW TPP AES Galabovo, St Nikola Wind Park Kavarna 156 MW, 176 m high Europe Tower Sofia, Business Park Varna, 6 World Bank Cross-Border projects. She has 18 years FIDIC experience: preparation of tender documentation; Resident Engineer/ Engineer in nuclear safety/ waste management/ infrastructure EC financed projects; claims consultant; presently DAB. From 2013 she changed her position to Marketing Manager, in order to allocate more time to construction law, focusing on training, claims management and dispute resolution under FIDIC contracts.

Fantina Rangelova

Prof. Dr. Eng. Fantina Rangelova was born in 1965 in the city of Sofia. She completed her higher education at "Transport Construction" in 1988 at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG). In 2004, she obtained a Doctorate degree at the UACEG, Sofia on the topic "Effective constructive, technological and organizational solutions for the restoration and strengthening of buildings after earthquakes and natural disasters, and during reconstruction and modernization'. She studied in post-graduate qualification in "Social Management" and "International Economic Relations" at UACEG. During the period 1997-1988, she was a Visiting Researcher at Oregon State University, Oregon, USA. She worked as a chief expert in the Executive Agency "Roads" at the Ministry of Defense and the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Recreation" at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria. Since 1995, she has been a visiting lecturer in the "Organization and Economics of Construction" department at the Faculty of Construction of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. Since 2008, she has been an Associate Professor in the department, and since 2015 - a Professor. She teaches in the Faculties of Construction and Architecture of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences in the disciplines "Construction Organization and Management", "Construction Economics", "Project Management Standards", "Management of Construction Investment Projects", "Risk Management in the Protection of Immovable Cultural Heritage", "Analysis and evaluation of a project for the management and protection of immovable cultural heritage", etc.

Martin Zahariev

Martin Zahariev, Attotney-at-law, PhD, graduated with honors from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Faculty of Law (LL.M.) in 2014. Together with his colleagues, he won first prize in the National Competition in Law of the European Union EUROPAEUS and was part of the Sofia University team that received an Honourable Mention for Werner Melis Award Best Memorandum for Respondent in Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot: the most prestigious competitions in the area of international commercial arbitration. Martin Zahariev holds an educational and scientific degree "doctor''at the University of Library and Information Technology, Sofia. He is a representative for trademarks and design at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria. Martin Zahariev is an associate at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm, as well as an expert at the Law and Internet Foundation. He specializes in the areas of dispute resolution and international arbitration, personal data protection, employment law, life sciences regulation and intellectual property. He is the author of two monographs in the field of personal data protection - "Automated Profiling and Personal Data Protection. Analysis of GDPR" (2018) and "Data Protection in Commercial Arbitration: In the Light of GDPR"(2019), as well as of numerous articles and analysis in the field of commercial arbitration and commercial law, employment law and personal data protection. University lecturer at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies and Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in the disciplines related to ICT law, regime of information, basics of law and personal data protection. Mr. Metodi Baykushev
