Acie G. Anderson III

Acie G. Anderson III has practiced law since 1989, concentrating on real estate transactions and development, estate planning and probate, real estate litigation, business formation, and transactions, business torts, general business litigation, consumer litigation, negotiations, no-fault litigation, personal injury litigation, and appeals. Mr. Anderson is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on and is especially skilled at creative solutions to seemingly intractable problems. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1985, Cum Laude, and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Mr. Anderson graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to practice before the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States District Court, Eastern Distinct of Michigan. Mr. Anderson's reported cases include Donaldson v. Alcona Rd Comm'rs, 219 Mich App 718 (1996). Donaldson was a case of first impression in Michigan which established standing for an individual's assertion of "highway by user" statute, MCL 221.20; MSA 9.21. Mr. Anderson is active in his local business community and with the Board of Realtors. He is a passionate sportsman and conservationist. Born in Pontiac, Michigan, in 1963, he was reared in Clarkston, Michigan. He is married to Dana Anderson. They have two sons.

Rae Anderson Bullard

Rae Anderson Bullard has practiced law in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, general business planning, trial court litigation, and appellate practice since 1987. Rae was born in Pontiac, Michigan, and reared in Clarkston, Michigan . Rae graduated from Clarkston High School in 1980. She earned membership to the National Honor Society while there. Rae then attended Michigan State University where she graduated with a B.A. in history with high honor in 1984. Rae received numerous academic distinctions while at M.S.U. including earning membership in Phi Alpha Theta; Phi Kappa Phi; Golden Key National Honor Society; and, Mortar Board. Rae also received the David C. Bailey Award recognizing her for writing the best undergraduate paper in the 1983 - 1984 academic year as selected by faculty. Rae attended Wayne State University Law School earning her Juris Doctor degree in 1987. She passed the Michigan Bar Exam in July 1987. She is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, including the Real Property, Probate, and Elder Law Sections.
