Mr. Alvarez began his undergraduate degree in South Florida at Florida International University before transferring to the University of South Florida where he completed and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance. Following his undergraduate degree, Mr. Alvarez pursued a legal education at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Tampa, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. While earning his undergraduate and law degrees, Mr. Alvarez worked in retail banking where he assisted and educated clients about financial products and opportunities. After a decade of experience working in retail banking, and helping clients reach their financial goals, he transitioned into helping clients and their families with legal matters. Mr. Alvarez focuses much of his legal practice on helping those who need help the most. He represents homeowners with stucco and other construction defect claims against big builders. Mr. Burnett has been a trial lawyer for over 25 years and focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses who have been wrongfully injured and damaged. Mr. Burnett has also represented property associations and hundreds of homeowners in individual actions and class actions against builders for construction defects, including improper and defective stucco application. Mr. Burnett has also represented numerous home buyers who have been defrauded by sellers who intentionally concealed and failed to disclose latent defects in the property. Mr. Burnett has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation matters, national class action litigation and investigations, and enforcement proceedings by the Florida Attorney General. Mr. Rocha was born and raised in Tampa and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Business Administration and Management-at the University of Florida. Mr. Rocha continued on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif. During his time in law school at the University of Florida, Mr. Rocha was a member of Florida Law Review, where he received the D.T. Smith Outstanding Editor Award.
