Bluewater Associates was founded in 1986 to develop residential building lots in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. Our first development, Bluewater Bay (80 residential lots), was a tremendous success selling more than $5 million in less than three hours. Compelled by this success, Bluewater Associates constructed an office that remains at its present location of 200 Mangrove Drive in Emerald Isle. Since that time we have had success in many residential developments such as Bluewater Banks (61 lots), Walnut Place (9 lots), Cape Pointe (42 lots) and Bluewater Cove (68 lots)...
