Buried In Bark was started with one thing in mind…create beautiful, one of a kind works of art using locally sourced woods. I strive to create beautiful pieces using rough sawn, live edge slabs to showcase what is truly buried in bark; turning ugly, twisted chunks of wood into highly appreciated furniture. I am determined to source the wood I use locally from small family owned sawmills in order to create a win-win partnership with local businesses. Buried In Bark is located in Bolton Connecticut and is run out of a small garage with one employee…me. I love being able to see something come together from raw material to finished product without leaving my hands... Buried in Bark specializes in live edge wood working. I specialize in custom dining tables, bar tops, desks, coffee tables and benches using locally sourced hardwoods. I can create just about anything you can throw at me.
