From being a cabin crew member in his early career he progressed to managing flights and crew alignment for royalty, heads of state, diplomats and high net worth individuals on their private jets as a Corporate Lead Flight Attendant. His passion lies in the industry and he brings the knowledge and ability to provide services on an individual and corporate level.

JENNIFER BARTON

She has extensive Commercial & Corporate (Domestic & International) Flight Attendant & Management experience. She has been an SEP & Cabin Service trainer with Commercial Airlines & now is a part of the C2C training team.

Richard Burrows

Richard is a hospitality professional with a wealth of experience assuring service excellence for both large scale commercial and private operations. His recent position was Director of Service Operations for a private operation in Saudi Arabia where he provided executive direction to the guest experience department. His flying career started at Etihad as an onboard Food and Beverage Manager, then progressing to Butler. He then worked with the cabin crew recruitment team assessing and recruiting candidates worldwide. Richard then progressed into the world of private aviation for a UHNWI family where he coordinated and lead the delivery of a professional, bespoke and positive experience for them, with a focus on attention to detail, quality, finesse, behaviour and reliability within their residences, yachts and two private aircraft. With a passion for planning and delivering a world-class service, he consistently strives to enhance operational delivery; he has a proven track record of providing strategic direction and optimising operations and takes great pride in satisfying and ensuring every detail is delivered upon.
