Gary L. Fanning

Gary L. Fanning, Jr. has successfully represented insurance companies and individuals at the trial level in the Kansas and Missouri state courts. He has also prevailed in numerous appellate arguments before the Kansas Supreme Court and the Kansas Court of Appeals. He has represented clients in claims involving fires, explosions, structural failures, product liability, automobile negligence, and commercial and retail collection claims. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Topeka Bar Association, NASP, and NARCA. Mr. Fanning earned his law degree from Washburn University School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1994) and his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University (B.A., Communication, Magna cum laude, 1990). He is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri.

Stephanie B. Poyer

Stephanie B. Poyer has successfully represented businesses and individuals in Kansas state courts and the District of Kansas. She also represents creditors in consumer bankruptcy matters.
