Maria Stephens, Sr. Director of Accounting & Finance, began her career in accounting while she was still attending high school. She worked for the Florida Department of Revenue prior to getting a full scholarship to Florida State University to pursue her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Upon graduation, she garnered her first full-time position with the well-known public accounting firm, Ernst and Young. She worked in this role as auditor for three years before transitioning into the private sector. Maria spent over a decade as Director of Finance at Fox Sports and USA TODAY. She then transitioned her accounting career to work in the homebuilding industry, becoming Financial Controller for Integrity Homes. In her most recent role before joining Applied Concepts, Maria served as Assistant Controller for the LPGA.

Mourad has been in finance and accounting for over 15 years. He manages the day-to-day accounting function, including A/R and A/P, and acts as a thought-partner to the CEO about acquisitions, financial reporting, and forecasting/budgeting. Prior to joining Applied Concepts, he was the head of accounting for a SaaS company in Orlando for 7 years. He also has experience as a financial analyst and staff accountant at large international corporations.

Ronny Paniagua is the Associate Director of Information Technology. He has been with Applied Concepts since 2003 and has led the charge for technology implementation and operations. Often referred to as "The Technology Whisperer," Ronny has been an advocate for bringing the latest in seamless, efficient technology to dealer customers for almost two decades. Additionally, Ronny manages all customer- and employee-facing platforms and services including support, help desk, vendor partnerships, server maintenance, reporting operations and CRM administration.
