Dr. Ohonba is the founder and CEO of WCI HEALTH, an alternative health and wellness store. She was born in Western part of Africa (Lagos, Nigeria). She had her early education in Nigeria, and later emigrated to United States where she had her undergraduate and post-graduate studies. Dr. Ohonba is a clinical pharmacist registered in Florida and Texas. She graduated with honors from Texas Southern University with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. Popularly known as Dr. O, she later attended Union University College of Pharmacy in Jackson, Tennessee, where she obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She worked for several years as a staff pharmacist for a major retail pharmacy chain (WALGREEN PHARMACY). After many years of direct patient care, Dr. O transitioned to one of the top Fortune 500 companies where she served as a clinical pharmacist in charge of prior authorization, appeals, and grievances for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial clients. She is a certified medical marijuana professional who is committed to educating people about potential health benefits of medical cannabis and botanical plants generally. She is also the host of the podcast "Let's Talk About Medical Cannabis with Dr. O" where she talks about the role of cannabinoids in the management of diseases. Her podcast is available on Apple Podcast and most podcast platforms.

Dr. Magouritsas obtained his PhD from the University of Ferrara in Italy. He has over 35 years of pharmaceutical experience with dietary supplements and botanical medicinal products. He has also collaborated on a scientific level, both with academics and with government research organizations in Greece and abroad. Dr. Magouritsas has participated in several international scientific forums regarding the evaluation, identification, and monograph development of medicinal plants. He has done extensive research and development work on anti-aging formulations and has published his in-vitro pilot study in the official journal of the European Federation of Biotechnology.

Franny Tacy, Owner of Franny's Farmacy, is the first female hemp farmer in North Carolina in over 75 years. Franny is one of the preeminent experts of all things hemp, participates in the hemp Research Trials with North Carolina State University, has a TEDx speech on hemp, and is a founder of the non-profit Women in Hemp. She has degrees and work experience in Forestry and Education and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade.

Greg obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Business Law and Economics from the University of Alberta, Canada. Greg recently retired after 11 years as an Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager. He turned his core focus on the pharmaceutical and cannabis industry in 2013. Greg has been actively involved in financing of Canadian and international cannabis startups and brings both experience and knowledge of the capital markets.

Makunga grew up in Alice in the Eastern Cape, and attended a private boarding school in Grahamstown. Her father, Oswald, was a botanist who specialised in the Iridaceae. He grew up in rural poverty and won a scholarship to study at University of Fort Hare. She attended university in Pietermaritzburg. She completed her PhD at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2004, working on the molecular biology of plants. Prof Nox Makunga has a great passion for the conservation and study of biodiversity of South Africa. She has a contributed to two books: Protocols for Somatic Embryogenesis in Woody plants and Floriculture, Ornamental and Plant Biotechnology: Advances and Topical Issues. She has acted as honorary secretary, Vice President and President of the South African Association of Botanists Council. In 2017 she was a Fulbright scholar at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.[13] She worked with Jerry Cohen on medicinal plants from the Eastern Cape.She studied the Stevia plant.[15] She holds a patent for vegetative plant propagation.

He has gathered international experience having worked in New York, Moscow, Dubai and Geneva. His experience has been very diverse across sectors and territories including joint ventures and M&A, capital markets, debt and equity financing, infrastructure and funds. He has served on the boards of AIM, TSX and AIM-listed entities as well as several funds. Stephen graduated from Georgetown University Law School and is a member of the New York Bar. He speaks English and Russian and currently resides in Barcelona.
