Based in Miami, FL, Cardon is one of the largest importers of fresh Tuna from Trinidad. We also offer fresh Swordfish, Mahi, Grouper, Snapper & other by-catch items... Cardon was founded in 1990 by Don and Carla Newell. At first, these two young entrepreneurs would pick up and deliver boxes of fresh seafood up the east coast of Florida themselves. Over the past 30+ years, Cardon has grown into one of the largest importers of Trinidad tunas.
