Ian Reynolds is a member of the Management Committee with responsibility for the bar. Having moved with his wife Janice to the village in 2017 they soon became social members. In September 2019 Ian took up the position of Bar Manager at the club, putting his previous experience of managing pubs and customer experience to good use. Not long after, Ian joined the Management Committee. In late 2020, Julie Taylor too over as Bar Manager but Ian is still an active part of her bar team.

Having grown up on Town Street the club has always been a huge part of Ian's life. He started playing cricket at Carlton in the under 18s at just 13 years old, alongside his cousin Leslie, and was later joined by his brothers, Keith and Roy, and later by brother in law Mark Schofield.
He said: "During my time at Carlton I've played in many successful teams with some fantastic players, winning numerous trophies along the way and in my later playing years captained the 2nd team. After hanging up my boots, I moved into supporting the coaching of the juniors for several years alongside my rugby commitments."
As a member of the Management Committee, Ian continues to support the club through my business Warrior Cricket in various way

A Rothwell lad born and bred, John's roots are firmly in Carlton as his Dad and family are all from the village originally. His connection with the club started in 1992 when his son, Tom, joined the juniors and worked his way through the junior teams. Joining the Management Committee in 2006, John soon became involved in the running of the club and fundraising and was asked to become Chair in 2012. Since that time John has overseen many changes, including the club joining the Bradford League. John says: "We have a fantastic group of people who love cricket who are connected with the club including a great number of players, ex-players and parents of potential future league cricketers. All are giving up their spare time and are working very hard on the future challenges of running a club such as safeguarding and wellbeing."

Keith grew up living on the same street as the club with his siblings. He said: "Every spare minute was spent playing cricket or kicking a football around. Starting young I learnt from some great characters."
Starting in the second team, Keith won the batting average cup in 1975 when I was only 15. He progressed quickly becoming an opening batsman for the first team, winning the batting average in 1981 and making the league's highest score that season. He also spent a year playing at Wakefield Cricket Club in the Yorkshire League but returned to Carlton to enjoy the camaraderie at the club and playing cricket with his brothers and friends.
He added: "Towards the end of my playing days I played in my brother Ian`s second team and took pride in seeing some of our younger players develop their game. Around this time I took responsibility for managing and coaching the under 17`s seeing several players transition from our junior teams to the senior sides. The club has been a big part of my life its great to keep involved in my role on the management committee."

Nicky is Safeguarding Officer at the club and also helps out with junior team management. Living locally, Nicky has been a member of the club since 2014, when her two children first joined the juniors. As a member of the Management Committee, Nicky helps out at social events held at the club. Nicky is also passionate about cooking and baking which comes in handy when making players teas for some senior home team fixtures. Nicky is the first point of contact should anyone need to raise a safeguarding concern

Philip was introduced to the club when his children, George and Grace, joined the junior teams. Philip said: "We as a family greatly benefited from the time given to the club by the junior coaches including Paul Stanyard, Keith Sampson, Mark and Jill Schofield so when asked I was happy to do some umpiring for the junior teams."
After becoming a coach Philip then moved on to umpiring for the second team and has since joined the League panel and now umpires for the North and South Yorkshire Premier Leagues. Philip became Secretary as part of the Management Committee in 2019.
I joined Carlton CC in 2001 having played at Slazenger for 6 years and a further 2 at Hunslet Nelson, I always had a desire to play at Carlton and it was a friendly club from the start where everyone was made to feel welcome.
I have coached the juniors for 9 years which have always enjoyed but am pleased to see many more coaches have joined the club with much success in their first season.

Steve has lived in the local area for the last 15 years and has been associated with local sports clubs and the running of them for over 30 years through his and his children's interest in rugby. Steve is also an avid cricket fan but not player. He first joined the club as a social member and has helped with many issues, eventually becoming a member of the Management Committee. He said: "I know how hard everyone works to provide the great facilities for juniors through to adults to be able to play sport and are keen to see the club and the teams progress and prosper."

Terry's association with the club started when his son Nick joined the junior section in around 2005. When Nick was selected for the second team, Terry started scoring and eventually took on the role of umpire. After qualifying as a Level 1 umpire in 2012, Terry was appointed to the CLCY panel in 2013 and has umpired in the Bradford League since the merger in 2016. Terry trains, mentors and manages the scorers for Carlton's 1st and 2nd teams. His wife, Bernadette is also a keen supporter and tea lady and rarely misses a first team game. Terry has been a regular members of the Management Committee and Treasurer since 2015.
