CDGA

As an Allied Golf Association of the USGA, the CDGA is the regional governing body of amateur golf for most of Illinois and parts of three other states. The CDGA serves more than 400 clubs and 106,000 individual public and private golfers within the Chicago District... The CDGA conducted 10 championships and a wide array of Social Competitions in 2024. Also, for the first time, the CDGA administered the Chicago Adaptive Open, where a number of the world's best golfers with physical and intellectual disabilities competed... At the CDGA, we believe that together we are "Better Through Golf." We create opportunities for everyone to experience the benefits of the game through therapeutic and recreational Outreach Programs, with an emphasis on serving individuals with special needs, youth and veterans.
