Anna DiSabato - President

Anna has been in the industry since 1997, having not only tenure, but multi-state experience. Anna has gained a versed knowledge in all aspects of asset management, with the last 10 years including a focus on affordable housing. Anna is a servant leader dedicated to improving the lives of her team members and residents. She prides herself on being "in the know". Anna has extensive experience working with special populations to include those who are disabled, experiencing homelessness, victims of sex trafficking, veterans, seniors, refugees, survivors of domestic violence, felons re-entering society after incarceration and struggling artists. Anna continually strives to educate herself and stay current with affairs related to the industry. Compounding her industry experience is a number of certifications including the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) designations and holds an Arizona Department of Real Estate Salesperson License. In 2022, Anna was the recipient of the prized Arizona Department of Housing's Arthur Crozier Partner in Housing Award. Anna has devoted her career to property management; and in large part to the mission of creating and sustain safe, suitable and affordable housing for all with a focus on building roots within the communities served.

Heidi Katz

Heidi Katz joined Celtic Property Management in 2013 as a Regional Manager. Driven by a passion for success, and having demonstrated knowledge, strength, and commitment, she was promoted to Regional Director. Heidi began her career in property management in 1990 managing commercial high rise office buildings in downtown Hartford. She currently oversees a diverse residential portfolio of conventional, low-income tax credit, HUD, senior and project-based communities, throughout Connecticut, Georgia, and Colorado. Her primary focus is expense control and revenue growth. She works closely with her on-site teams to enhance their managerial skills, promote team building and implement resident retention initiatives.

Lesley Page

Lesley Page joined Celtic as a Regional Manager in September 2015 and supervises a portfolio of communities in the Valley. Prior to her role as a Regional Manager, Lesley held several positions with AIMCO, and most recently served as City Manager of Property Operations for the Phoenix area. Lesley brings over 13 years of experience in Property Management to Celtic.
