Culpeper Football Association (CFA) provides a recreational football and cheerleading league that will foster in our area youth the qualities of sportsmanship, team play, and integrity... CFA believes that the well-being of the sport depends on a broad appreciation of the game, excellence in coaching, an emphasis on safety and health, high levels of youth participation and collaboration with the many partner organizations involved in youth football and cheerleading. We will promote this through fun, family, and fundamentals
