Our mission is to promote awareness of CF, provide support, advocacy and information to the CF community, and fund medical research into the fight against CF... We provide advocacy, support and information services to people living with CF and their families. We also conduct awareness programs for the general public and fundraise to support service provision to families and adults living with CF, and to promote CF research... Every donation received and every dollar raised no matter how big or small, has the power to make a difference to the life of someone living with cystic fibrosis. All funds raised for Cystic Fibrosis Community Care help us to deliver support services and improve the lives of people living with CF, their families and carers.
