Eric is native of Brittany (France) where the largest varietal field of seaweeds in the world is located. Industrial processes of extraction on seaweeds is a family know-how since 1974. No less than 12 family owned industrial patents have been registered since then. Capitalizing on this, Eric has developed an innovative and proprietary technology to create a new generation of natural biostimulants most essentially based on seaweeds. In 2012, Eric decided to go "all-in" and live his American dream. He launched from scratch, C-Green-Ag Biotechnology in the United States and set up the manufacturing unit and technology here in Florida. Since the inception, he has focused on building his record by demonstrating the efficacy of his products in high standard commercial open fields with reputed American growers and scientists as proven by the high level of repeat orders and customer loyalty. He also strives to always remain innovative by developing new product solutions to meet the growers' needs. In this new era where it matters to reduce the chemical residues in our food without compromising a yield of quality, the perspectives of development for C-Green-Ag's products are bright and clear. Eric Hervé, the founder, is personally in charge of the Research & Development. All along his career, he has worked with the most eminent PhD's in seaweed biotechnologies, entomologists and plant nutrition specialists. He has invented and developed the proprietary and unique C-Green-Ag's industrial technology. For Eric, R&D is the bedrock of C-Green-Ag Biotechnology. It is a constant quest to identify and develop new natural active ingredients in order to bring innovative and high added value products to the growers.

Valerie has worked for large agro and pharmaceutical companies as purchaser, sales administration and international logistic officer. In 2015, she joined C-Green-Ag Biotechnology. to be in charge of the administration of the company. Valerie is an organizer, she takes care of regulation matters, purchasing and sourcing.
