Chelmsford Horse Livery is comprised of Elms Farm Livery Yard in Roxwell and County Farm Livery Yard in High Roding. Elms Farm Livery was established by Natalie Hogger in June 2013 and the yard has expanded with further facilities being added, including the horse walker and four further stables.
