Our core belief is that TCC is an enabler, and seeks to empower the people it works with to develop their skills, knowledge and experience to do their best for their communities. TCC was formed by transforming a very successful pilot project funded by the Methodist Church of Britain into a new and independent organisation. As TCC, we are accountable to Methodism and have a unique set of skills and areas of expertise. We have built up a suite of tools and approaches that have been very effective in Churches and other community organisations... We're a group of experts that thrive on sharing our experience and knowledge to help you make a success of your organisation or project.
