Clarke Millar produce and distribute brands such as Millar Moo, Zumi, Mulligans, The Anytime Omelette and Millar Family Foods... Clarke Millar began working in the food business working in the family bakery alongside his brother Robert and his father Hazlett. The bakery manufactured sausage rolls and pies under their own brands and private label. Clarke then went into sales and eventually moved up the ladder to commercial director where he worked with some of the leading supermarkets and convenience stores in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland... Clarke Millar, established in 2013 operate from a purpose-built BRC grade AA accredited factory in Dunmurry specialising in the production and distribution of chilled and ambient foods for the retail and food service sector.
