BROME LAKE BOATING CLUB

The Brome Lake Boating Club (BLBC) was founded in 1901, with W.W. Lynch as the first president, making the BLBC the second-oldest sporting Club in the Eastern Townships. The original 1901 mandate stipulated "an association or club was to be formed with a view to recreation, instruction, and amusement, such as rowing, paddling, sailing, and racing of small craft, and for the mutual recreation, instruction and amusement of the members of the association under the name of the Brome Lake Boating Club"... Originally founded in 1901, the Brome Lake Boating Club is one of the oldest sporting clubs in the Eastern Townships. Since its beginning, the club has acted as a home away from home for hundreds of members during their summers in the Brome Lake region... The Brome Lake Boating Club offers a unique, age-appropriate camp program tailored to your child's interests, wellbeing and happiness.
