Cloca is a brand that supports British design and manufacturing, letting us keep a close and watchful eye on all our designs and quality... Cloca was founded by Victoria Power who graduated in BA (Hons) Fashion at Middlesex University. Victoria has worked across the industry specialising in eveningwear, swimwear, millinery and couture and has worked for designers such as Rowena Gill Couture and Bella Freud. Victoria's extensive training in patterncutting and textiles ensures our sampling and sourcing is carried out personally and to the highest standard before it is passed on to our team.
